Large Double Room in a wonderful Flat

Hey! 👋 I’m Nick (M), and I’m regretfully moving out of a gorgeous flat in East Village (E20) with my friends Mikey (M) and his girlfriend Jay (F), and Helen (F).
We’re now looking for a long term replacement to move in by Feb 20th.
We’re all about good vibes, happy times, and making a home feel like home, and we’d love to welcome someone to join us.

About Us
• (Jay): She’s a musician, who loves cooking (seriously, the kitchen is her happy place), and she hits the gym fairly regularly.
• (Mikey): Also a musician, super chill, a freelance creative, he's super laid-back and always down for a chat or a chill night in.
• (Helen): Super lovely and friendly who’s often jetsetting off to places for work or family but loves a chat at home.

The Flat & Room
• The flat is in East Village, E20, right next to the Olympic Park.
• Winter garden balcony that overlooks the buildings shared courtyard and Olympic Park.
• Transport is super convenient: ~5 min walk to Stratford International, ~10 mins to Hackney Wick, ~15 mins to Stratford.
• The place is well furnished, and there’s a large shared living room.
• The flat has an amazing view over the city / Olympic Park (a serious showstopper)

The room is a double with:
• A very comfy double bed
• A full-width wardrobe and bedside table
• A tall set of chest of drawers

Money Stuff
• Rent is £1,150 PCM for the room.
• Bills (electricity, water, council tax etc.) are separate - around £120 per month.
• There’s a zero-deposit scheme in place, which is super handy.
• The tenancy is via Get Living, so you'll go through their referencing process.

Who We’re Looking For
• Someone friendly, kind, respectful, and laid-back, who’s into having a home that’s social but is also happy having their own space.
• Whether you're social or more independent, you’ll fit right in. We love eating together, having the occasional movie nights, and celebrating each other’s birthdays with parties.
