I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my room in this 2 bed 2 bath flat in East Village.

The flat is a modern flat with ALL the amenities you would want. Located within Zone 2, next to well linked stratford station meaning ease of accessing central london. Bathrooms have good water flow, there's plenty of storage in the bathroom for your toiletries/cosmetics.
Washing machine/dryer. Roomy shared kitchen/living room area, with dishwasher. Balcony off the living room (great for on a summer’s evening with glass of wine or beer).

The rent comes with Wifi and the flat is in coucil tax band C. Total average monthly bills would amount to about £150 per person. The property has bicycle storage in the undercroft, but unfortunately no allocated car parking. It is possible to request parking in the area for an additional cost, but no guarantee it will be provided.

The green space of Olympic Park and Hackney Marshes are just outside the door, as are the Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, velodrome and several gyms. The 2012 Olympic skating rink is a 30-min bus ride up the road.

You would have to go through the agency lease transfer process that may involve right to rent checks and salary checks. Salary should be above £30k. Preferable move in date is 28th February.

Abit about your soon to be housemate :)

You’ll be sharing with a sociable woman in her 40s — a solicitor who’s called East Village home for 5 years and isn’t going anywhere soon!
She works from the office 4 days a week and from home 1 day. She’s big on Japanese food, brunching, and yes — she’ll always pay the bills on time (you won't have to chase!). She’s always up for a friendly chat or a spontaneous series debrief, but equally values personal space and downtime (especially if it involves unapologetically bad TV).

She’s after a (30+yrs preferred), rent-paying non-smoker. No gender preferences in housemates on her side - (y'all just need to be a good fit :)). QLGBT friendly

Prefers a cleaner every 2 weeks - £60pp/pm.
Would work best for someone interested in a long lease
