There is also easy access to the Stratford International stations (less than 5 min walk), and Stratford Station (~10min walk)

The rent is 1040 (inc. internet), plus ~150pcm for bills (Water, heating, council tax (band D), electricity).

The large modern bathroom will be shared with one other.
The carpet and couches in the flat are brand new (replaced less than 6 months ago) and the mattress was only replaced 2 years ago.

You'll be sharing the apartment with two amazing women in their 30s.
Marina is a researcher who loves dancing, reading, and travelling.
Zara works in education and loves travelling, exploring, and all things wellness.
They both regularly work in the office so if you WFH, it's a nice quiet set up.

We're a friendly flat and like to keep the house nice and chill throughout the week, and are looking for a like minded person.

The tenancy swap over is March 22 but happy to flex on earlier move.

I love living here and I'm only leaving as I'm moving in with my partner.
