I’ll be upfront: I’d guess there are bigger rooms and flats out there. But if you might have some leeway on that, let me try and sell you on this one:

Hobbies are pretty standard: exploring the city, relaxing with a game/book/TV show, being a gym amateur, and - for some reason - go-karting and theme parks. Major bonus points if you’d be into any of that stuff as well.

Lastly, all the fine print:

- Bills are an extra ~£150/month. No deposit required.
- This is an LGBT-friendly flat. If you’re not an LGBT-friendly flatmate, please don’t apply.
- No couples, no pets, sorry - I just don’t think there’s enough space!
- Everything’s furnished.
- Rent rises every August with CPI or inflation, and with a new tenancy in August 2026.
- You’d need to pass Get Living’s eligibility criteria and referencing process, and could move in immediately after signing the contract.
