I’m moving out of my lovely flat in East Village, Stratford and I am looking for someone to take over my room & lease from April 2026.

About the flat 🏠

💫 The flat is situated in a quite street in a secured building (with lift access), comes fully furnished with a double bed/mattress and fitted wardrobes and an ensuite. The room as well as the rest of the flat have big windows with lots of natural light coming through. It also has a beautiful balcony, perfect for those summer days!

💫 5 min walk to Stratford international station (DLR), 10 min walk to Westfield Shopping Centre and to Stratford underground (Lizzie line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, National Rail) so it’s very well connected. There are lots of cute restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, parks and grocery stores (M&S, Waitrose & Sainsbury Local) all within walking distance.

💫 This person should be able to sign the existing lease which ends on 29 May 2028.

Rent:
💰£1,100 per month + bills (which roughly comes to around £100 per month including Council Tax (Band D).

About your future housemates 👯‍♀️

Both ladies (Chantelle & Anjli) are in their early 30s - Chantelle is an Aussie and Anjli is British, both are working professionals. Both love to cook, stay in and watch netflix, gym (in their healthy girl era), Pilates, going out for cute dinners/coffee, the occasional drink and a whole lot of yapping! At the same time, they enjoy their own down time and are super chilled.

We are looking for someone who will fit in well with the current dynamics of the flat & will make it feel like a home.
