I'm moving out from London and looking for someone to take over my room. The flat is managed by Getliving so no deposit is required but you will have to complete a vetting/referencing process
You will be living with my 2 current flatmates who are both working professionals, sociable, tidy and respectful. They go to the gym and go running The area is safe. There is underground parking which Getliving can provide if you drive.
You will be sharing the bathroom with one of flatmates.
Bills are usually between £175-£200 per month with council tax included
The flat has excellent transport links: 5 min to Stratford International (DLR) and 10 min to Stratford Underground station. There is a very amorous female cat in the flat.
