Available Asap Double Room In East Village

Our housemate is moving out of her lovely room in East Village after just over two years and looking for another female to take over the tenancy from the rent due date on 28th February long term (there is the possibility to move in sooner if agreed with the current tenant). The house is a four-bed townhouse split across three floors. This room is on the ground floor and is the only room on this floor. The shared open-plan living/kitchen/dining room is on the first floor, and the other housemate's bedrooms are on the second and basement floor. We also have a cleaner that cleans all the communal areas and shared bathroom.

It's on the second floor, very bright and large window view. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate (Abi)

What we’re looking for ✨
- Someone who is clean and tidy and will contribute to making the house feel like a home rather than just a place to live. Happy to chip in and buy household necessities, take bins out, wash up and empty the dishwasher, etc.!
- Someone who is keen to socialise and chat in the evenings with the other housemates but equally has their own thing going on! We are definitely keen for someone who can be a friend rather than just a housemate!

Cost 💰
- The rent will be £933 per month
- no deposit is required
- bills come to approx. £110 per month on top of rent.

You will need to complete referencing, which includes a credit check via Get Living (the agency that owns the buildings in East Village). As part of this, you must earn a minimum of £35,000 per annum. This is a super easy process, but we need someone who will also be efficient and quick to avoid any delays to the move-in date!
