There is a large balcony on 6th floor. 5 minute walk from Stratford Station and Hackney Wick Station and 5 minutes from the Westfield Mall. Fibre optic internet is included for free, heating and AC also included, power bills are roughly £90.00-£100per month (will be split per person, water, council tax and heat and hot water)
A dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, and large fridge-freezer were also installed.

Local amenities include:
- excellent local bakeries
- supermarkets, including Waitrose, Sainsbury's and M&S
- Quick access to all sports facilities in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Swimming Pool

About the flatmates:
The flatmates works in healthcare and in architecture. Both are quiet, considerate, friendly, and clean and they do not smoke. We enjoy good chats, being social, and living with people we can be mates with. We’re both from Ireland but we are originally from Thailand.

Incoming flatmate:
We prefer a female mate as the bathroom will be share with another female.
WFH 1-2 days a week as one of us will be sleeping during day time for night shifts.
We looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and friendly mate.

Get Living will manage the contracts (the property manager), so your tenancy security is with them and all above board. They are very good with maintenance requests and usually fix them on the same day or the next.
