We’re looking for somebody to move into our homely flat. I’m moving out as I am relocating back home. Available 1st May

The room is a double bedroom for rent in East Village, Stratford. £1050 a month, bills approx £130, great value for money for the area. It’s super quiet, as the room backs on to a communal garden. The flat is a few mins walk from Stratford tube station and Westfield shopping centre, and a minute walk from Stratford international. There's a lovely community garden and saunas available to residents right across the street.

The flat is a new build, so all features are modern and working well. We’re lucky enough to have an L shaped ‘winter garden’ balcony (great for summer meals and hanging out), open plan living room and kitchen, under floor heating, a washing machine and dish washer.

Close to all of Stratford amenities, restaurants, bars, cafes. All main grocery stores (Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose, Lidl, Tesco & Asian groceries) are within 3-10min walking distance. Hackney Wick and the canal are around a 10 min walk, which is perfect in the summer, and the River Lea is super close, which is great for walking and running.

Ann (27) works in customer insights and Lizzy (33) works in Charity and they both travel often. We're a hybrid-working household and ideally looking for someone who's also hybrid. We all have our own interests and hobbies but we keep a friendly household and like to hang out from time to time.

We’re all very considerate with each other (keeping noise to a minimum, and looking out for whatever the flat needs) so we are looking for somebody who will do the same.
We take pride in keeping the place clean and looking nice.
