I'm looking for 2 people to live with me! I have 2 outstandingly LARGE bedrooms, one with private en-suite bathroom in a three-bedroom flat in the East Village. I also have tons of videos which I can send to you on WhatsApp.
Bedroom 1
Exceptionally spacious and features 20m2 (215 sq. ft.) of space, fully fitted wardrobes along one side from floor to ceiling, and full length window offering views into a private garden area in the block's generous courtyard. Couples welcome for an additional £100.
Bedroom 2
Beautiful and large double bedroom facing the private courtyard of the high spec blocks. Tons of natural light and floor to ceiling windows.
It really is crazy value for the cost and both rooms are SO spacious! The apartment features a large covered balcony/terrace that reaches around the side of the property, offering. With two sets of double doors, it's perfect for hosting parties or enjoying summers' evenings.
Room furnishings are flexible - it can come furnished or unfurnished depending on. your requirements.
The existing flatmates are a fashion design student and a computer science student, both working in addition to studies. We are keen to find fun and enthusiastic flatmates who also are not shy of chipping in when it comes to cleaning or other communal tasks, nor of joining us for a movie night or group meal!
About me (who you'll be living with!)...
My name is Taylor. I work at a music creative agency and am in the office a couple days a week. I'm easy going and really want a house where I can connect with and make good friends with my housemates. I'm looking for a clean space, ideally with people who work from home sometimes, but that's not a deal breaker.
In my spare time I love a pub day out, meeting new people, going on adventures and being active. I'm very clean, quite chill and live a balanced life.
You'll need to like dogs, as you'll be living with a goldendoodle called Toast. He's 7 years old, hypoallergenic (so he doesn't shed and he's very clean!) and is very sweet and calm. My current housemates love him and will be very sad to see him go...he really makes the house a home.
Note: I currently have an offer on the place so keen to meet you and get you in for a viewing this week if possible!
