Spacious room in East Village - Sublet considered

Hi everyone!
I’m leaving my lovely room to be closer to work and we are looking for someone to replace me.

We have a double room available in East Village (Stratford). The room is a spacious furnished double room with lots of storage and light. The room is a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a big wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with one other person and has a bath/shower, heated towel rail and lots of storage space.

The room is available on the 20th of April. Rent is 930£ and bills from 130£/170£ ( everything included wifi, water, electricity and council tax).
We have someone coming every two weeks to clean the kitchen and bathrooms, around 8/12£ per person.

The end of the tenancy is on the 30th of June, the renewal offer is at the same price, as it’s Get Living in charge of the building.
We either looking for a guy to take over the tenancy or woman for subletting the room until the end of the tenancy. ( from the 20th to 30th of June)

We are all working professionals who work in London and between the ages of 26-30.

We are very easy-going, open to dogs and hanging out, but also respectful of keeping shared spaces clean and relaxed during the working week so we can all enjoy ourselves.

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with underfloor heating and a balcony that gets the sun in the evening and has a view of the city.

It's a great location in the East Village, well connected (Stratford and Stratford International stations nearby), with lots of restaurants, bars, pubs and green space right on our doorstep. We are also very close to Hackney Wick.
