Double room available in a friendly Stratford flat (East Village) with 3 other girls.

-a full-sized opening window overlooking a quiet courtyard area (not facing the street!)
-bathroom next door shared with just one other flatmate (as the other two bedrooms are en-suites)

Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, there's great soundproofing and insulation in this well-built flat.

Flat perks:
We have a spacious open-plan dining room, kitchen and living room on the first floor. The whole floor is dedicated to the living area.
Our living space even opens up into a private terrace/garden through sliding doors. I grow loads of vegetables!
The garden leads onto a shared courtyard area, where you can exit the flat through secure doors to access the bustling pedestrianised East Village shopping streets. Coffee shops, Reformer/Pilates studio and a refillable grocery store are just a minute walk away!

The house is also accessible directly from the street (Honour Lea Avenue) with its own private front door (only for us in this flat). The flat is a really unique one with a house feel, and unlike the majority in the East Village area - no lifts are needed to get into your home!

Communal bin store and bike storage area in the basement car park. I cycle to work most days, and it's super safe and convenient.

The current flatmates are 3 girls aged between 26-36 years old. Working in marketing, PR and education. They are looking for a friendly girl to replace me. I've lived here for over 2 years and have loved living here.
