Our lovely flatmate is moving on to her next adventure, so we’re looking for someone new to join our home! We have a room available urgently starting April 12th (short-term until April 30th), with the option to officially take over the tenancy from April 30th, 2026.

You’ll be living with myself (Chantelle, an Aussie) and Anjli (British). We’re both working professionals in our 30s who love our "healthy girl era"—think gym sessions, and cooking at home—but we’re always up for a cute dinner out or a long yapping session over coffee. We’re super chilled, respect each other's downtime, and keep the vibes high.

About the flat 🏠

💫 The flat is situated in a quite street in a secured building (with lift access), comes fully furnished with a double bed/mattress and fitted wardrobes and an ensuite. The room as well as the rest of the flat have big windows with lots of natural light coming through. It also has a beautiful balcony, perfect for those summer days!

💫 5 min walk to Stratford international station (DLR), 10 min walk to Westfield Shopping Centre and to Stratford underground (Lizzie line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, National Rail) so it’s very well connected. There are lots of cute restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, parks and grocery stores (M&S, Waitrose & Sainsbury Local) all within walking distance.

💫 This person should be able to sign the existing lease which ends on 29 May 2028.

Rent:
💰£1,100 per month + bills (which roughly comes to around £150 per month including Council Tax (Band D).

We are looking for someone who will fit in well with the current dynamics of the flat & will make it feel like a home.
