Double room with own bathroom is available from 10/10/2026 in Coppermaker Square.
Monthly rent is about £1,680 per month excluding any bills. The bills to share will be water, electricity, heating, council tax and biweekly cleaning fee.
The room and the flat itself don't come with any furnitures, and I'm getting furnitures for the flat. If you have your own bed and other furnitures, the rent could be reduced to £1560 per month excluding any bills.
Amenities : swimming pool, gym, free spinning and yoga classes, resident activities, etc.
