Hey everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our really lovely 3-bed flat! The room is available from 15 May 2026.
Why you'll love the location:
This is the East Village (zone2/3), so you're right in the middle of everything!
Easy Connections: It’s a super quick 6-minute walk to the DLR, and you can walk to the Central, Jubilee, and Mainline train station in about 15 minutes, or take a 3-minute transfer. You can also get a direct train from Stratford International to Kings Cross in just 7 minutes.
Local Life: Lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. Westfield is only a 10-minute walk away for a huge variety of shops and restaurants, along with a big M&S and Waitrose.
Green Space: If you love being active, the flat is right next to the entrance of the Olympic Park—perfect for a run or a summer day stroll. Hackney Wick, with its cool canals and Hackney Marshes, is just an 8-minute walk away.
The Room:
This is a spacious double bedroom with great perks:
You get a private en-suite bathroom with built-in storage.

A big fitted wardrobe means plenty of space for your stuff.
Dual aspect windows, which are amazing for natural light and keeping the room cool on those hot summer nights.

The Flat:
It’s a 3-bedroom, fully furnished apartment with two bathrooms, wooden floors, and underfloor heating throughout.
We have a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
A lovely private patio that overlooks the communal gardens.
Underground parking is also available if needed (for an extra cost).
The Flatmates & Vibe:
You'll be sharing with two really great guys: Phil (34, works in finance, from Greece) and Shane (27, works in hospitality management, from Ireland).
We all get along well and have regular life chats in the kitchen, but we’re also super respectful of each other's privacy. It’s a very peaceful flat, a welcoming home to come back to after a busy day. It’s not a party flat and we want someone who matches that vibe.
Logistics:
No Deposit! Get Living London is great—they don't require a deposit or any fees for professionals! (You do need to pass a quick reference/credit check though).
Heads up: Get Living needs you to show a gross annual earning of at least 30 times an equal share of the rent and have a good or excellent credit score. Without this you won’t pass referencing.
Admin Fee: There’s a non-refundable administration fee of £50.
Bills: Utilities aren't included, but we estimate they come to about £120 per person per month, covering everything (council tax, energy, water, internet, electricity).
