Double Room with own bathroom in East Village

Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 7th-floor flat as I’m leaving the country, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The room itself is a good size, with plenty of space to make it your own and there is a workstation in the living room that I will leave behind for you if you need to WFH. It comes with your own private bathroom, complete with a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom is not ensuite but it is right outside the room tucked-away with plenty of privacy. The flat also has a balcony, which is a lovely bonus for some fresh air or a morning coffee.

The flat is located in East Village, Stratford, which is a fantastic area to live in. It’s incredibly well connected with just a 5-10 min walk from Stratford station, making commuting across London really easy, with quick access to multiple transport links (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, and National Rail). You can get to central London in no time.

You’re also just a short walk from Westfield Stratford City, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe, with loads of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The area also has great sporting facilities nearby, including gyms, running routes, and access to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

You’ll be sharing with one flatmate, who I originally met on SpareRoom. We’ve lived together for 4 years, and she’s genuinely wonderful—very clean, considerate, and easy to get along with. It’s been a really comfortable and friendly home, and we’d love to find someone who will fit in well.

We’re ideally looking for a professional woman aged 25–40 who is clean, respectful, and values a calm, tidy living environment.
