Room in 3Bed Flat - Olympic Village (Zero deposit)

I’m moving out of London so need someone to take my wonderful room in East Village. The flat is very well maintained and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person (the other flatmate has an en suite). Get Living own the property and are very quick to respond to any issues, make tenancy transfers very easy, and don’t require a deposit!

The flat is a very calm flat as one flatmate works shifts and another works in the office throughout the week so someone who is also nice and calm would be ideal. Preferably looking for someone who isn’t working from home all the time and who is also looking for somewhere where they can just come home and relax.

Bills vary but are approx £130 a month.
It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Stratford station and Westfield so lots of useful links close by, and a 10 minute walk to the stunning Olympic park.
