* 10-minute walk from Stratford Station, which has excellent transport links (the Elizabeth Line has changed our lives!)
* 15-minute walk to Hackney Wick and the canal

* Secure key fob entry and 24-hour on-site security
* Private garden/terrace area which is great for sitting out in the summer

THE ROOM

CURRENT HOUSEMATES
We’re all in our late twenties and early thirties. Caity works as an interior designer, Avita works as a lawyer and Hallie works in events.
We enjoy the usual things like dinners/drinks out, sport and a TV binge. We’re easy-going, friendly and sociable, while also being considerate and respectful of each other’s space.
IDEAL HOUSEMATE
We’re looking for someone like-minded who is friendly, sociable and wants to treat the house as their home.
It’s important that they are also clean, tidy and considerate with noise, as this isn’t a party house.
No couples. Pets may be negotiable with GetLiving.
THE RENT
* £985 per month excluding bills
* Rent is paid on the 1st of each month via direct debit
BILLS
* Bills come to approximately £80–£110 per person each month
* This includes council tax, water, heating, electricity and TV licence
* Internet is included within the tenancy
ADMIN
* The flat is managed by GetLiving London
* Deposit of 5 weeks’ rent and referencing required ahead of move-in
* You’ll need to be working full-time and pass income and credit checks
* The referencing process usually takes up to 15 working days
* Get Living are very responsive with maintenance issues and have always been quick to support with requests
MOVE-IN DATE
* 1 July 2026
VIEWINGS
We’ll be doing viewings from mid-May (weekday evenings after 7pm and weekends).
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely serious about moving.
We’re happy to arrange an initial FaceTime if easier, but we’d ideally like to meet all prospective housemates in person as well.
We’re hoping to have someone in place by the end of May, as the referencing process can take a few weeks to complete.
