En-suite double room in a friendly townhouse

A bright and spacious en-suite room is becoming available in a modern townhouse managed by Get Living. The house is shared with 3 friendly professionals aged 25–30, so we are looking for a female tenant around 23–33 years old who would be a good fit for the home.
This is the largest room in the house and is located separately from the other bedrooms, occupying its own floor, which gives it a particularly private and peaceful feel. The room features high ceilings (over 3m), plenty of natural light, and a comfortable private bathroom. The room has recently been renovated, the walls have just been freshly painted, and a brand-new mattress will also be provided before move-in.
The house itself is modern and very well maintained, with high-quality appliances throughout. There is also a shared covered terrace with access to the adjoining outdoor area — perfect for relaxing in warmer months.
