Description
Looking for a female flatmate to sign a new contract after current flatmate moves out. My current flatmate won’t be extending her stay in the flat as she is moving abroad and I am trying to find a new one. Here is some info about me, trying to be as detailed as possible 😬
- 30 years old
- Software engineer 👩💻
- Work hybrid office/home
- Main interests are rhythmic gymnastics, drawing, reading, board games, puzzles… too many 🥲
- I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy
- I’d love to hang out and become friends with my flatmate but definitely need my own time to recharge too since my life is very busy and I am on the introverted side 😬. Similarly I’m very chill and respectful of others’ space
- I often stay over at my partner’s flat, travel quite a bit both for work and for leisure, and also have parents living in Bulgaria and sister living in Paris. So between all of this, I spend a lot of time outside the flat and you’d have the living room to yourself quite often
- My partner stays with me often but we’re both very clean, nice and respectful (I promise 😀)
- I come home quite late(10-11pm) during the week as I do gymnastics 3 times a week, and occasionally have drawing classes, socials at work or just meeting my friends. I wouldn’t start prepping a three course meal but some normal living room/kitchen usage and noise to be expected
- I like having my friends over for board games/movies occasionally, again everyone is very nice and you’d be welcome to join us if you want
- I am not a massive party person but I do like hosting a party for my birthday, sometimes Halloween and a cozy and chill Christmas one too. Again - nice and respectful friends, our wild student days are definitely behind us:)
- Of course you’d be welcome to have your partner stay over, host your friends etc
- Rarely I might have friends or family from abroad staying with me
- My room is en-suite so main flat bathroom would be mostly yours, I use it only if friends are over as it’s easier but the rest of the time I would leave it for you entirely
About the flat:
- East Village which I dare say is the nicest part of Stratford by far, lots of cafes and restaurants around, very close to Westfield and on the edge of the park
- large living room and kitchen with a dishwasher and lots of cupboard space
- cute balcony looking at the park
- underfloor heating
- very convenient bike storage
- security team on site
- zero deposit scheme
- bedroom comes with bed, night stands, chest of drawers and wardrobe
If you have a similar lifestyle and think we might be a good match, get in touch and tell me about yourself🥰
