The room is located on the ground floor of a modern 4-bed townhouse and feels nicely separate from the rest of the house, giving it a much more private and independent feel. The other bedrooms are on the top floor, while the shared living, kitchen and dining space is on the second floor.

The room itself is very spacious. I comfortably fitted a lounge chair and created a small living area within the room, so it feels more like a studio-style setup than just a bedroom. I also created a handy kitchenette corner with essentials for preparing small meals on busy days.
