• The available bedroom comes with the main bathroom (including bathtub)
• Important: the second bedroom is not available (occupied by me)

• Views overlooking a quiet residential street
• Energy Rating: B (good insulation)
• Excellent fibre WiFi connection
• Furnished apartment: Bedroom: bed frame, mattress, wardrobe & bedside tables, Kitchen/Living: cooker, oven, storage cabinets, washing machine, fridge freezer, dining table & chairs, sofa, coffee table
• Parking available within the building (upon arrangement)

• Organised, clean and reliable individual, with awareness and consideration towards utilities consumption and wastage (electricity, heating, water etc.) as this naturally reflects in shared bills
• Someone who respects cleanliness, organisation and shared spaces within the home
• Direct communicator, comfortable openly and respectfully discussing household topics when needed
• A mature, respectful and friendly individual who values building a safe, calm and considerate home environment, particularly around sleeping hours, cleanliness and general day-to-day living
Looking for someone who leads an independent life but is also open to the occasional shared meal, coffee, glass of wine or hang out from time to time.
This is not a high-traffic social flat where different people are frequently brought over throughout the week/weekends. I’m looking to maintain a peaceful, respectful and settled home environment for both people living here.
