Spacious en suite double room in friendly flat

We are 2 female flatmates looking for a replacement for our 3rd room in our East Village flat.

The building is conveniently located next to the Olympic park and is a <15min walk to Stratford international, Stratford and Hackney Wick station. The building does have a parking area but this is an extra cost. We also a private courtyard.

The flat has a large open-plan living dining area and kitchen with considerable storage. We also have a 'winter balcony‘ which can be used in all weathers.

The room includes a comfortable double bed, large built in wardrobes and other furniture and includes a private en-suite.

Bills are an additional cost but WiFi is included. Council tax band:

The girls. The flat has 2 remaining tenants that have been here for 2 - 3 years. E(29) works for a charity hybrid 9-5 and M(31) works in hospitality on nights. We are open to people from all industries and job types.
We have really enjoyed forming a friendship as flatmates and look out for eachother, so we are ideally looking for a new flatmate more on the social side. We like to go out as a group for dinners/events and have cosy nights in
watching greys.
