Room in cozy flat for rent

Hi! I am sadly leaving my wonderful flat in East Village. And looking for someone warm, friendly and clean to replace me.

The room has a double bed and great view. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Rent as seen below. Wifi included but all other bills are separate.

You’ll be joining two wonderful girls, who have really made this feel like home over the last few years.

The flat is just off the park so ideal for people that like to go for walks or spend time outdoors. Walking distance to both Hackney Wick and Stratford which has been ideal.

I’m so sad to be leaving as this place has brought me lots of comfort the last few years. The area is so convenient and I’ve always felt quite safe.
