All girls double en-suite, East Village

Hi!

We have a double room with an en suite available in a 4 bed townhouse in East Village, Stratford. The availability date is 27th August.

You’ll be sharing with 3 other girls, Emilia (23) works as a software engineer, Olivia (28) as a teacher and Jo (25) as a medical researcher. Jo works from home 2 days a week and Emilia the occasional flex day.
We enjoy a daily debrief in the kitchen and watching Netflix shows in the evening together with a sweet treat but equally respect our own space and privacy in the house. We’re not a party house but have hosted some dinner parties and friends round in the past so happy for this to continue.
Ideally we are looking for a likeminded female that is similarly aged, that will match a relaxed vibe and keep the communal areas clean and tidy :)

The Property:
It’s 3 storeys, with the advertised room on the lower floor (street level), the living/kitchen/dining area on the middle floor, and the other 3 bedrooms on the top floor.

The bedroom is a large double en-suite and comes with a large built in cupboard, double bed, 2x bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. There’s plenty of storage in the bathroom mirror and enough room for a desk if needed in the alcoves of the room! There’s also room in the kitchen.

In the kitchen, we have a dishwasher (a blessing) and a washer dryer. There is also a Juliet balcony and our own private garden area, with a communal garden area for neighbouring flats.
There is also optional parking available in a secure car park for additional payments per month to get living.
The area is brilliant, with Stratford tube station a 10 minute walk, and all within a 5 min walk is: Westfield shopping centre, the Olympic park, and Stratford international station.
There's also loads of great independent businesses on our doorstep, including restaurants, cafe, pubs, cocktail bar, ice cream parlour, etc.

Logistics:
Rent - currently the room is £1151 per month excluding bills - however we are in the process of renewing the contract so this may move slightly. Bills usually come to an additional £100-150 per month.
Deposit - approx £1000
Move in date - 27th August
People moving in will need to earn a minimum of £30k to pass referencing, they will check so please be mindful of this - you will also need a Very Good credit score!
