We are looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to join our well maintained three bedroom flat in East Village.

The room is furnished and bright, with access to a shared bathroom with one other person. The third flatmate has an en suite. The flat also has a shared living room, WiFi, balcony, and a modern kitchen.

The flat is managed by Get Living, who are responsive and make the tenancy transfer process straightforward. There is also zero deposit required.

The flat is calm, clean and relaxed. You would be sharing with two male professionals in early 30s. We are looking for someone respectful, tidy and easy to live with, ideally another professional who wants a comfortable home rather than a party flat.

Please note that one of the flatmates has a friendly, well behaved dog. He’s quiet, house trained and a much loved part of the household, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with a dog.
