We have a fully furnished double room available in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Stratford East Village.

Rent: £1,229.76/month (no deposit).
Bills are typically £100 month, depending on usage, including council tax, utilities and WiFi.

The flat has a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, a large private balcony overlooking the park, a separate laundry room, plenty of storage, and is professionally managed by Get Living. Stratford Station is just an 8–10 minute walk away, with Westfield, Waitrose, M&S, Lidl and Sainsbury’s all nearby.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly female professionals in our 30s- Vas and Sun. We both work full-time and enjoy a clean, tidy and relaxed home where everyone respects each other’s space but also enjoy catching up over dinner ☺️ . We’re looking for another female working professional who’d enjoy the same kind of environment and is ideally looking for a long-term home (around a year or longer).

As the tenancy is managed by Get Living, applicants must pass referencing and earn at least 30× the monthly rent annually to meet the affordability criteria.
