Hi! I'm looking for two friendly, respectful professionals to join me in this bright and spacious three-bedroom apartment in East Village, Stratford.

I've lived here for over five years and genuinely love living here, so I'm keen to find two people who'll enjoy it just as much. My current flatmates are both moving on, which is why these two rooms have become available. The rooms are available individually or together, so if you're looking with a friend or colleague, that's absolutely an option too.

The Apartment

The apartment is on the 8th floor and is managed by Get Living, with no deposit required**.

At just under 1,000 sq ft (91.9 m²) it's considerably larger than many three-bedroom flats in London. One of the biggest things that sold me on the apartment was the amount of space. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing after work, working from home or spending time with friends, and it never feels cramped.

I'm a professional working in the City and have always enjoyed having a home that's relaxed, clean and respectful.

This isn't a party flat - it's somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming home to after work. Everyone has their own routines and independence, but it's equally nice to have a chat in the kitchen or living room from time to time.

I'm looking for professionals who are considerate, tidy and easy to live with. If you're after somewhere that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep, I think you'll fit in really well.

East Village is honestly one of my favourite places to live in London. It has a real community feel while still being incredibly well connected.
