Double room in East village

Hey, we have a double room available in a friendly 4-bedroom female house share.

📍Location: East Village, Stratford (close to Hackney Wick, Olympic park, tube, railway, and bus stations).

🛋️ The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, and a lovely patio area. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other person (me).

💰 Rent is £901 per month.
Bills are approximately £117 per month, including council tax.

We’re looking for a flatmate who is friendly, tidy, and respectful. Our home is a place where we like to recharge, so we prefer to keep it calm and relaxed. We enjoy having a chat around the house and occasionally doing things together if it feels natural, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space. We like to keep the house clean while still feeling lived in.

🗓️ The room is available from 21nd July (can be earlier), and we’re arranging viewings now. We're also looking for someone who wants to stay long-term.

Please note that the desk, chair, and white chest of drawers shown in the photos are not included with the room. The wardrobe, bed, and the chest of drawers near the bed are staying.
