Spacious Room Available in East Village!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely three-bedroom flat in East Village, Stratford.

The available room is a spacious double bedroom (bed, drawers and wardrobe included) in a bright, modern flat. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person.

A few things to note:
- This is a Muslim household, and one of the current flatmates wears a hijab, so we’re looking for someone who will be respectful of this.
- The current flatmates are friendly professionals – one works in tech and the other is a lawyer.
- A cleaner comes every other week to clean the shared bathroom and communal areas. The cost (approximately £50–£75 per month) is shared only between the two flatmates who use that bathroom.

- 7-minute walk to Stratford Station (Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, Overground and National Rail)
- 7-minute walk to Westfield Stratford City
- Local Sainsbury’s and gym within walking distance

Requirements (via Get Living referencing):
- Full-time professional (minimum £40,000 annual income)
- Good credit history
- Employment and landlord references
- Valid ID

Rent: approximately £990 per month
Bills: approximately £180–£190 per month
No deposit required

Available from 1 August, or 15 July if an earlier move-in is needed.
