We have a double room coming available in our cosy, friendly flat!

The Room & Apartment:
• Double bedroom in a spacious, modern 3-bedroom flat
• £1,200/month (bills around £130/month)
• Managed by Get Living London – maintenance is included and super easy to arrange
• 2 bathrooms – you’ll share a modern bathroom with just one other person
• Fully furnished kitchen and living room, including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher
• Winter balcony – perfect for coffee mornings or chilled evenings
• 5-min walk to M&S, Sainsbury’s & Waitrose
• 5-min walk to Stratford International DLR
• 10-min walk to Stratford Station, Hackney Wick & Westfield

You’ll be living with:
Kirtis – a sound technician for a financial services company and goes to the office 5x a week.
Ibz – a journey manager in banking who works from home 3 days a week 💻

We’re both really sociable — love a glass of wine 🍷, a good coffee run ☕️, and the occasional day / night out 🪩 — but equally love and respect our downtime!

What we’re looking for:
• Down for the occasional flat dinner 🍝, movie night 🎬, or spontaneous plan 🪩
• Who wants to live in a flat that feels like home 🏡 – not just a place to sleep
• With a chilled, clean, kind and LGBT friendly vibe.
• Bonus points if you’re into candles, cute mugs, and have a houseplant or two 🪴
