The room shares a bathroom with one other flatmate. The flat has a large kitchen and living area, with a large balcony outside. The room comes fully furnished.

We also have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. This is £27 and we take it in turns to pay.

Bills: Approx £100 per month
