ABOUT THE ROOM:
*Large furnished double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
*Rent is currently £1200 pcm
*Bills come to around £135 per person per month (Energy, WiFi, Water, Electricity, Council Tax). All utility bills are split equally between us
*The bed (incl. mattress), side tables, and wooden drawer chest all come with the room
*Move in from early September 2026. We are looking for someone from 10th September but can be flexible
ABOUT THE FLAT:
*Located in the East Village in Stratford.
*Close to Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line, Mildmay Line) and Stratford International DLR station.
*5-minute walk to Westfield Stratford, 20-minute walk Leyton retail park (with a big ASDA)
* A vibrant local community with plenty of green spaces and nature spots nearby
WHO YOU WILL BE SHARING WITH:
👩🏼👩🏻 We are two professionals in our late twenties who have been sharing for two years now. We are looking for someone that wishes to make this their home too, who is friendly and can chill out with after work and on weekends. But equally have their own hobbies. We try to keep the flat clean and always clean after ourselves as well as sharing the cleaning of living areas. We also respect privacy and understand how important it is to feel comfortable relaxing in your own home
Please note: The letting agency requires all tenants to meet its affordability criteria. This means you must have a minimum annual income of £36,000 (30× the monthly rent). If you don't meet this requirement, you are unlikely to pass the agency's referencing checks, so please bear this in mind.
