Two double rooms available in a modern flatshare. I’m one housemate looking for two professionals, ideally 30+, to join.

The flat is open-plan: a large, bright living and dining area, a good kitchen, and a big balcony — no cramped spaces. Both bedrooms are large and bright, and the two rooms share a bathroom. It’s a modern building, so heating isn’t an issue, there’s hot water 24/7, and the windows are well-sealed against street noise. Air conditioning too, which is uncommon in London.

Location is convenient: two minutes from Stratford International DLR, about ten minutes’ walk from Stratford Station and Hackney Wick Overground. Westfield, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and gyms are all within a ten-minute walk. The local community is genuinely good.

A bit about me: I’m 35, a Greek-American architect, and I mainly work from home. Outside of work I’m into fitness and the gym, cooking, and socialising. At home I’m sociable but respectful of people’s space, and I keep things tidy. Mainly I see the flat as somewhere to relax, so I’m looking for flatmates who are considerate, respect each other’s space, and get that home should be a place to unwind.
