Room available from mid-September as my flatmate of 3 years is moving on to pursue his travel plans.

The room is furnished with:

The flat has a spacious shared living room, a separate kitchen with a dining table, and an outdoor patio.

Current flatmate

Alex is in her mid-30s and is easygoing, sociable, and respectful of personal space. She works as a project manager in the City on a hybrid schedule. She enjoys staying active with the gym and pilates classes, loves travelling, and spending time with friends. She’s looking for someone around a similar age who will help keep the flat clean and tidy.

Bills will be split three ways and cover council tax, electricity, heating, and water. 1GB Hyperoptic broadband is included in the rent.

East Village is a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés, as well as lots of green spaces and sports facilities. It’s just an 8-minute walk to Stratford station and 6 minutes to Stratford International, with direct trains to King’s Cross. Westfield Stratford City is also right on the doorstep, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
