I'm looking for two friendly and considerate flatmates to share a 3-bedroom Get Living apartment in the heart of East Village, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford.

I'm a professional male currently living in the same building. Get Living is relocating me to a newly refurbished apartment on the 7th floor while my current flat undergoes renovation.

The apartment is fully furnished, professionally cleaned, and features a large, comfortable balcony—perfect for relaxing after work or on weekends. Move-in is expected from 20 August, subject to successfully completing Get Living's straightforward referencing process.

A little about me: I'm tidy, easy-going, and keep a busy schedule balancing full-time work with studying for my second degree. I also have a lovely, friendly cat, so you'll need to be happy sharing the flat with her—she's very sociable and a great companion.

As I already live in the building and the Get Living office is just across the green, I can show you the development, answer any questions, and introduce you to the Get Living team, who can explain the referencing process and make everything as smooth as possible.

Bills typically come to around £200–£250 per month, shared between the three of us.

The location is hard to beat. The apartment is just a short walk from Westfield Stratford City, offering hundreds of shops, restaurants, cafés, cinemas, gyms, and everything you need on your doorstep. Stratford Station is also within easy walking distance, with excellent transport links including the Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR, Overground, and National Rail services, making commuting across London quick and convenient.

Get Living has an excellent reputation for responsive customer service and maintenance, with any issues usually dealt with quickly and efficiently.
