En-Suite Double Room, East Village Stratford

I'm moving out of this flat and, shortly after, another flatmate will be too, which means you'll be living with Mike, who's been a genuinely great flatmate and an all-round lovely guy, plus another new housemate.

The room itself is a really comfortable double with its own en-suite bathroom and plenty of space if you work from home. One thing I've always liked is that it's positioned near the front door, so it feels a little more separate from the rest of the flat, giving you a bit of extra privacy and quiet.

The flat is on the 9th floor, which means it's surprisingly peaceful despite being right in the middle of East Village. The building is modern and well maintained, and there's also the option of parking and additional storage through Get Living for an extra cost.

Location-wise, it's hard to beat. You're a short walk from Stratford Station, Stratford International and Westfield. East Village is a fantastic place to live, with loads of great cafés, restaurants and bars on your doorstep, plus the Olympic Park and some genuinely world-class sporting venues nearby.

I'm very flexible on move-in dates, so don't worry if you need a bit of flexibility. The only requirement is that you pass Get Living's referencing process (credit checks, right to rent checks, etc.). There's also literally no deposit, which is a huge bonus.
