We're on the top floor in the centre of East Village, only a few mins walk to Westfield and the station.
Both rooms are large doubles (furnished) with a large shared bathroom. I have an ensuite so you'll only be sharing with each other.
Large kitchen/dinning room/sitting room setup + large roof terrace (we're on top floor of building, so best terrace/balcony in the building! Great in summer with sun through most of the day.
Rent is 1,133 a month for either room, not including bills.
