The room is Bedroom 2 and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The apartment has a spacious shared living room, kitchen with an island, lots of storage throughout, and a large 14 sqm winter garden.

The location is excellent — around 3 minutes' walk from Stratford International, and very close to Stratford station and Westfield Stratford. Great transport links to Canary Wharf, the City and central London.

Rent is £1,180 pcm, excluding bills. Council Tax is Band D and will be shared between the three flatmates. Bills will also be split equally.

There will be two of us already living in the flat. We are both female working professionals and are clean, tidy, quiet and easy-going. We both work in the office most weekdays, so the flat is generally peaceful during the day. We enjoy cooking and are happy to have a friendly flatshare while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space.

We are looking for a considerate working professional who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally someone who is looking for a long-term home and is happy to communicate about guests and shared household matters.

No smoking or pets, and we are not looking for a regular party flat.
