Spacious en suite double on Olympic Park

Hi! We’re looking for someone to move into our four bed flat in East Village as one of our flatmates is moving out.

Move in date: 28th September (some flexibility if you want to move in earlier)
Price: roughly £1150/month
Bills are roughly £100/month each

About the room:
It’s a spacious double with en suite bathroom on the ground floor of a four bedroom house. it stays at a comfortable temperature throughout the year (even in heatwaves).

The middle floor is a large open kitchen/dining/lounge, and we have a large outdoor patio too.

About us:
We are a consultant, a freelance writer, and a salesman. two of us boulder several times a week, and we like to do something active on the weekends - run, bike, swim etc, or just see what’s going on locally in Hackney Wick - and we like spending time outdoors. In the week we generally cook for ourselves, but often cook together on Sundays. We’re also interested in music, film, travelling, food, and generally enjoying what London has to offer.

Who we’re looking for:
someone relatively social who’s up for hanging out, making new friends, grabbing a beer or coffee on the weekends, and is fairly easygoing. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we try to keep the place in good shape - as with all house shares, a level of respect and responsibility for the shared space is a given.

Requirements:
No smokers or pets.
We rent from Get Living London, so unfortunately we can’t accept students.
To pass referencing you’ll need to earn around 25-30k per annum.
Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
