I’ll be travelling around Southeast Asia and South America for four months from November, so I’m looking for someone to rent my room while I’m away.

Looking for someone to stay for 3–4 months between November and February, and I can be flexible on dates if required!

We’re looking for a fun, sociable and easy-going housemate who enjoys having a good time but also respects everyone’s space.

🛏️ The Room

The room comes fully furnished with:

* Double bed
* Two bedside tables
* Chest of drawers
* Generous wardrobe
* Plenty of storage

🏠 The Flat

The flat has a modern open-plan kitchen and living room, plus a large winter garden with:

* Exercise bike
* Sofa seating area
* Great additional space to relax or socialise

You’ll be sharing with two males, aged 34 and 35, one working in advertising and the other in energy.

Both are really friendly and sociable. We enjoy having a drink, dinner or hanging out together, but equally appreciate having our own space and a relaxed home environment.

* Happy to occasionally socialise with the house
