Large Double Room East Village / Olympic Village

We have a large double room available in a modern apartment in East Village / Olympic Village, with great transport links, Westfield Stratford City and everything you need right on the doorstep.

We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going and clean person to join our flat. Preference is a female aged in the late 20s to late 30s.

Move-in: From October (some flexibility)
Rent: £1,100 + bills, split equally between three — around £1,200 per month in total

* Is technically unfurnished
* I’m selling almost all my furniture and would be happy to offer everything at a reduced price

* Double bed & mattress (both only 1 year old and good quality)

* Large full-length mirror

* Modern kitchen with two ovens and an electric hob (outstanding for cooking)

* On street parking space available
* Surprising amount of storage space
* Nice size bathroom with a shower/bath, shared with one other person (and the cat 🐈)
* Flat professionally managed through property managers, so will need to go through the required approvals to join the lease

👋 The flatmates
You’d be living with two female working professionals in their early 30s, Sarah and Michaela. Both work in the office and rarely work from home, so the flat is generally pretty quiet during the day.
And, of course, there’s one very sweet ginger cat who is part of the household!

📍 The location
The flat is in a really convenient spot in East Village, with plenty nearby:
* Nisa Local just around the corner for those last-minute necessities
* Lots of cafés, gyms, parks and restaurants within walking distance
* Excellent Uber Eats / Deliveroo options — very important, obviously
* Stratford International is within walking distance, with quick connections into central London
* Stratford station is also a short walk away, with the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee, Central, DLR, Overground and National Rail
* Westfield Stratford City is just a short walk away for shopping, food and everything else
