The rent for the room is £1017 pcm. You would need to go through referencing, a credit and income check. Wifi is included but other bills are not included (works out as roughly £120 a month).

The flat itself It's a great, modern flat with three bedrooms. Open plan living with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Free secure bike storage as well as an underground car parking spot for an additional fee.
