I’m an easy-going and reliable housemate looking for a like-minded person. I work 9-5 in a fairly demanding job so not too much partying mid-week. But I do like going to gigs, events, lectures etc and am up for fun times at the weekend. I would only ask that you are reliable and fair about cleaning, rent, and looking after the condition of the flat.

I am open to 7-day or Mon-Fri housemates.

I've set the rent at £840 or £575 for Mon-Fri only - this covers rent & service service charges. Household bills then typically cost a further £75-100 pcm.
