My name is Katya and I’ve been living in this flat for almost 10 years (which says a lot about how lovely it is). I’m now moving out to my own place, so my en-suite double room is becoming available and we’re looking for the right person to take it over.
The flat is shared with two friendly professionals (28 & 30), both working at Monzo. It’s a calm, respectful home with a really nice atmosphere.
In the evenings, flatmates might watch Netflix together or chat, but everyone is equally happy to give each other space. The flat is very homely — lots of plants, flowers, candles — and most importantly, sparkling clean.
The room is a spacious double with its own en-suite bathroom. The flat has great views over the city and features such as air conditioning.
Cleanliness is very important to the household. We rotate cleaning weekly, always clean up after cooking, and have a bi-monthly cleaner for deep cleaning. We’re looking for someone who is naturally tidy, considerate, calm, and responsible (including paying bills on time).
