*Short Term Only* Furnished Double Room (Ensuite)

PLEASE READ before contacting me.

I live in a 2B2B with my 9 year old daughter.
I’m looking to rent her room from November.
I’ve been travelling sooo much and my expenses are high & that’s the reason I am looking for someone, to reduce the cost of them for a bit!

I’m looking to rent it for short term or even weeks if need it (this is ideal for someone moving to London, gap between leases, international students coming for an exchange etc).
You’ll be with me and her and you’ll have the ensuite room just for yourself!

A bit about us: I am a solo mum and I’m very chill, openminded, I like socialising with people, the gym, reading etc.

About her: She is well educated, kind and she goes full time to school (8-4/5) she also has activities after school so I keep her busy doing productive things during the week/weekend.

What I’m looking for: Someone that has experience sharing flats, respectful, easygoing, clean and tidy (very important).
I also prefer someone that does not WFH (I don’t either) or someone that doesn’t wfh every day.

Price: 765£ + bills.
*I am not willing to negotiate the price as it’s already much less than what I pay for the entire apartment*

🚆 Nearest Station: STRATFORD (10 minutes walking)

🏫 Walkable universities: London college of fashion (UAL), University of East London, Loughborough University London.

Interested only in 1 to 3 months but I could be open to a bit more with the right person (initially on a 3 month basis).
