Hi all,

I have a small double room available for a Mon - Fri rental/lodger in my Hackney Wick home.

I’ve been using the smaller toom as an home office for a year but now I will be going back into the office more so don’t need a designated home office anymore. The pics below are from me using it as an home office with the grey chair-bed and no curtains yet. I'm currently refurbishing it as specified below so either come for a viewing or let me know and I can send you pictures once the new wardrobe and bed have arrived.

This is a homely, clean and spacious flat in a new built property. It was ready mid-2021 so everything is new and shiny :)

About me:
I'm a female professional and I moved into this beautiful flat in 2021. I’m clean and organised. I plan to spend a lot of time at the office Mon-Fri but very happy to share dinners/wines in the evenings.
The neighbours are all super nice and we go for regular drinks/brunches locally.

About the area:
It is located on the beautiful and buzzy Hackney Wick and it's close to everything (great restaurants and coffee shops, Stratford shopping centre etc.). We don't get any of the noise though.

• Hackney Wick station: 5min walk
• Stratford Station: 10min walk
• Victoria Park: 10-15min walk
• 0-5 min walk from a dozen of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants

Availability:
Flexible. End of Aug/Sep time.

Cost:
Rent: £800 (including council tax, water, heating, electricity, broadband, toilet paper, soaps, detergents, cleaning products etc)

Deposit: one month’s rent, fully refundable before the last day of moving out.
