Penthouse in Hackney Wick - Spacious Double

Double bedroom in a new build, fully furnished with a shared bathroom. It's a corner flat on the top floor with views over the Olympic Park and Here East. Good sized balcony. Massive 65 inch TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney +, NowTV Sports and a PS5. Third bedroom has been turned into an office which you're welcome to use when I'm not in (I work from home 3 days a week normally). Loads of storage space available. Bills come to roughly £180 a month on average. Located opposite the Olympic Park, a 5 minute walk to Hackney Wick Station or 15 minutes to Stratford. There's also a 388 bus which gets you to Stratford in 5 minutes.

Due to the presence of food allergies, no nuts/penuts are allowed in the flat. So if you can't go without your nutella in the morning, this might not be the flat for you!

- Makes awesome pancakes
- Love a good social event
- I have a gym membership that I barely use
- Always up for exploring the areas bars and restaurants
- Love houseplants, though I kill most of them so tend to make frequent trips to garden centres
- Huge sports person, I play cricket and follow football
- Night owl so I'm often awake until 1 or 2am watching films, playing PS5, or sometimes working
- I vape (a lot) in the flat, so you'd need to be okay with this

My girlfriend stays over a couple of days a week (sometimes less, sometimes more), as she lives in the Midlands and works in London. She's 26, works in social media and is a massive pop culture fan, loves Disney, is a big foodie and an excellent chef.

Who I'm looking for in a flatmate:

- Clean, considerate and tidy; I have high level of cleanliness so someone to match that would be good!
- Good balance between being sociable and having your own space
- I don't mind people over occasionally, but this isn't a party flat
- Overnight guests to a minimum, I'm not looking for additional partners to be sharing my flat!
