A beautiful, large, double-aspect master bedroom in Hackney Wick. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and bookshelf. There is also an additional storage cupboard for your use in the hallway.

The flat is fully equipped and located in a building less than four years old. It features a spacious balcony with stunning views of London and access to a communal garden. The flat is south-west facing, making it a complete sun trap!

The flat backs onto the Olympic Park and is just a 10-minute walk from Victoria Park and the Hackney Marshes. We're a stone’s throw from all the vibrant offerings of Hackney Wick—bars, restaurants, coffee shops, art studios, and of course, the River Lea.

You’re a young professional or creative—friendly, fun, clean, and responsible. Ideally, you're looking for a homey, chill, and relaxed vibe. Non-smokers only, please.

👋 About Me (Your Flatmate)

I’m a 30-year-old Londoner working for a music licensing company. I usually work from home 2–3 days a week.

I love staying busy, exploring the city, and being creative. I’m into theatre, art galleries, and I spend a lot of time rowing. When I'm home, I enjoy curling up with movies, TV, or playing board games with flatmates and friends. I also love cooking—both for myself and for the flat.

I foster cats too! Our current resident, Larry, is super friendly and loves cuddles and chin scratches.
