Double Room to rent in Olympic Park

I'm looking to rent the double room in my flat which is in the Olympic Park / on the edge of Hackney Wick. There is fully equipped kitchen, great shared bathroom and a balcony.

Room comes furnished as seen in pictures but happy to discuss requirements. There is also a large storage cupboard just outside the room for sole use of the room (for suitcases, other items etc).

Transport wise the flat is only a few mins walk from Hackney Wick Overground or about 15 minutes to Stratford / Westfield. Great cycling routes in to town as well.

There is a gym right opposite in the copperbox and loads of great bars, restaurants & cafes on the doorstep. So much to do in this lovely area.

I'm a 36 year old professional. Always up for walks / cinema / pub trips. Looking for a chilled, respectful flat mate to welcome in to the flat. If interested do let me know a little about what yourself and I can look to get you in to have a look at the flat.

Water / Electricity are only bills on top so approx £65 per month. Council Tax and Wifi are included.
